| All Chalk-Off products will be shipped within 1 to 5 business days of receipt of order. You will be notified via email of any back orders, or other delays in shipping your order. Chalk-Off Pool Table Cleaner is shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground only. Shipping UPS overnight, 2nd Day Air, 3rd Day Air or via USPS is not an option due to federal shipping restrictions on aerosol products. Street address is required for delivery. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted and nor will returns after 30 days from receipt of merchandise, regardless of reason. Customers must email first to receive an Email Return Authorization (ERA). A copy of the Email Return Authorization must accompany all returns. The ERA may be obtained by e-mail only referencing the Order #. Any return that does not have an ERA will not be credited. All products must be returned unused, in their original box and in re-sellable condition in order to receive credit. Credit will no be given for opened or used product. All returned products will be given an appropriate refund less the original cost of shipping. The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges. Chalk-Off can not be mailed by the US Postal Service, due to federal restrictions. Please insure the package. If it is not insured and it is lost or damaged, we cannot honor the refund. FedEx and UPS ground automatically insure the packages for up to $100. |
